Making Truffles

Serve Them for a Crowd

There's a chocolate truffle for every taste.
Chocolate Truffles - from the bottom layer: cocoa powder, coconut and pistachios.

This is how I served my truffles at a luncheon. The bottom truffles are rolled in cocoa powder. The next row the truffles are rolled in coconut. Pistachios cover the top chocolate truffles.
