Making Truffles

Truffle Toppings

Chopped pistachios are my favorite truffle topping.
The sky's the limit in truffle toppings.

The sky's the limit when choosing truffle toppings. This time I chose cocoa powder, coconut and finely chopped pistachios. I put the cocoa in a resealable plastic bag. I added some truffles and just had to shake it to cover them. I had to physically roll the truffles in the coconut and pistachios, gently pressing as I rolled.
  1. Step 1 - Combine Your Ingredients
  2. Cooling Chocolate Mixture
  3. Rolling Truffles
  4. Truffle Toppings
  5. Serve Them for a Crowd
  6. Truffles for One
