Chill the Fondant-Covered Cherries

The fondant-covered cherries need to be chilled for at least 30 minutes to ensure that they retain their round shape when dipped in the warm chocolate.
  1. Dry the Cherries Overnight
  2. Roll the Fondant Balls
  3. Cover the Cherry With Fondant
  4. Chill the Fondant-Covered Cherries
  5. Dip the Cherries in Chocolate
  6. Finish, Wait, and then...Devour
