by Elizabeth LaBau

Cover the Cherry With Fondant

Elizabeth LaBau
Flatten the fondant into a thin disc on your palm. Place one dried cherry in the middle of the fondant, and bring the sides up and over the cherry, pinching at the top to completely seal the cherry within the fondant.
  1. Dry the Cherries Overnight
  2. Roll the Fondant Balls
  3. Cover the Cherry With Fondant
  4. Chill the Fondant-Covered Cherries
  5. Dip the Cherries in Chocolate
  6. Finish, Wait, and then...Devour
